Not really a cycleable path from the A14 bridge to Hilton

The old road from St Ives to Hilton cut off by the new A14 - now signed as a footpath that turns right and right again - ok for dog-walkers.

Start of footpath to Fenstanton from the bridge over the new A14

This turns out to be a footpath east out of Fenstanton

I was surprised to see anyone actually cycling in the RSPB's Ouse Fen reserve

Paved link from NCN route 51 - there's a barrier at the end, but no reason why this should be a footpath only.

Path alongside a childrens' playground towards Ermine Street.

A path off Ermine Street. I don't think it is intended for cycling but some cycle paths round here seem just as wide.

There is a lovely footpath along the river here. I didn't see any signs saying no cycling, but the paths and bridge are narrow and full of dog walkers, so don't expect to 'make progress'.

Ouse Valley Way skirts the edge of this cricket pitch.

It was not at all clear to me where the Ouse Valley Way starts.

This is not intended for cyclists and there are signs saying so.
